For 13 years, Apex Foundation has been providing turnkey concrete services throughout the Greater Houston area. Founded in 1998 by Roy Weatherford, Apex began with its first client General Homes, which was shortly thereafter acquired by KB Homes – and remains one of our largest clients. Apex has extensive experience working with some of the largest builders in the Greater Houston area as well, including Ashton Woods, Kimball Hill, Lennar, Plantation, Pulte, Meritage and Westin.

Our family-owned business is primarily involved with new residential construction, and we specialize in services that include foundations, flatwork/paving, B/O repour services as well as decorative concrete. Apex also provides a multitude of other concrete services, which range from patios to driveways, hotels, parking lots and much more.
